The Mai Aisha Sisters and Youth AIDS Programme (MASYAP) continued its commitment to supporting vulnerable communities during September 2026 through activities focused on effective leadership, youth support, and improved access to nutritious food.
MASYAP continued its commitment to empowering young people through regular visits to youth and women support groups.
MASYAP also hosted Chairladies’ Meetings, bringing together leaders from various support groups to share experiences, challenges, and best practices.
In September 2025, MASYAP continued its mission to empower women and young mothers across Malawi through financial literacy, business support, and community collaboration.
Economic empowerment remains a core focus of our work. We continue to support women in establishing and sustaining income-generating businesses to combat household poverty.
In our efforts to enhance household well-being, we educate women on the importance of home management. Effective home management involves organizing household resources, including time, money, and energy, to create a comfortable, safe, and happy living environment.
Two chairladies’ meetings were held for both women and youth support groups. These meetings focused on the theme of strengthening support through active listening and collaboration.
The Microfinance Program is a lifeline for vulnerable women, young mothers, and those facing economic hardships.
