Aside the support group outreach program that are conducted monthly with the aim of empowering the youth in different areas, MASYAP also had a chance to engage the youths to attend a workshop that was hosted by the Malawi Government
MASYAP has begun to expand its microfinance scheme to some of the youth we work with; in total, 26 girls will be involved in the pilot scheme. At the beginning of this week, 17 girls from around Blantyre received microfinance
Last week, MASYAP completed the first of it’s youth workshops on HIV/AIDS with our external facilitators. The sessions focused particularly on risky behaviours, and how to avoid becoming infected. The girls seems to really enjoy the sessions, made interactive with
