At MASYAP, we are committed to empowering our members financially to help them provide for their families and build sustainable livelihoods. Our microfinance program is a cornerstone of this commitment, offering financial resources and training to support the entrepreneurial endeavors of our members.
In May, our team visited seven support groups to follow up on the progress of their businesses and provide assistance where needed. These visits are crucial for understanding the challenges faced by our members and offering tailored support to ensure their success.
Progress and Achievements
During these visits, we were inspired by the determination and progress demonstrated by the members. Here are some key highlights:

Success Stories

Mariam’s Grocery Store: Mariam, a member of one of Mtendere youth support group in Chiradzulu, used her microloan to start a small groceries business. Over time, she has expanded her inventory and now provides a variety of essential goods to her community. The income from her business has enabled her to send her children to school.
- A member from Kameza women Support group selling potatoes and vegetables, a mother, invested her loan in agro business. With the training provided by MASYAP, she has improved from ordering small to large quantities. Her business now supports her family.
