MASYAP Borehole Drilling Project

The Muslim World League has donated 4 boreholes in Zomba, Blantyre and Thyolo through MASYAP support groups. Balakasi and Mapanga Support groups were first spotted to be among those that do not have access to clean water and people walk a distance of approximately 2.5 km to get clean water having a high chance of being contaminated along the way before they get home. This increases the chances of contracting the waterborne diseases. The project intends reach out to many communities with the same water difficulty so as to reduce chances of contracting the waterborne diseases
