The Opportunity Bank Transformation Department in collaboration with MASYAP conducted business trainings in all areas that MASYAP offers its services.
The program was aimed at training women on how to manage their businesses and finances. All groups had access to this training opportunity which encouraged them to efficiently run their business and make the most out of it.
OIBM Transformation Officer, Mrs Chinseu was very pleased with the turn up of women and encouraged them to develop a saving and investment culture rather than depending on loans for their businesses.
The training is conducted in phases. All MASYAP Support Groups received first phase trainings in May 2017. Second phase was conducted between September to October 2017.
The members got trainings on saving and investment followed up by sessions on budgeting skills.
