YOUTH MICROFINANCE

With the support of Steadfast Ways, MASYAP has been able to implement a pilot project supporting vulnerable out of school young members to access small loans and start businesses. Twenty girls from five Youth AIDS Support Groups have each been given small loans repayable in a five month period.

The Program aims to empower the girls not only financially, but also emotionally. These are young women with a lot of potential to become strong independent leaders of their various communities.
