MASYAP also hosted Chairladies’ Meetings, bringing together leaders from various support groups to share experiences, challenges, and best practices.
The meetings encouraged peer learning and mutual support, reinforcing the spirit of teamwork among members. Chairladies were also encouraged to mentor new participants in the microfinance programme, ensuring smooth integration and continued group growth.

The MASYAP team conducted routine outreach visits to Zomba support groups to monitor progress and offer guidance.
During these visits, members received additional training on microfinance and some groups received their loan disbursements. The visits also provided space to address business challenges and celebrate success stories from members.

Creating Lasting Impact

Through these initiatives, MASYAP is building a network of financially independent women who are capable of supporting their families and contributing to community development.
The organization remains committed to fostering self-reliance, financial literacy, and resilience among vulnerable women and youth.

MASYAP believes that empowering one woman empowers a community.
Through continued training, mentorship, and financial support, we are building stronger families and brighter futures; one group at a time.
